Since we commenced trading in 1990 the experience we have gained in the personalisation of clothing and business gifts is one of our most valuable resources and the benefits are passed on to our customers.

The majority of products that we sell are branded here by our team and we aim to use only the best products based on our experience with numerous manufacturers and so we can offer the following assurances.

Should you have any product branded by T King Associates and the branding is not to your previously approved level we will replace or refund the item if it is returned to us within thirty days of delivery.

Any product found to have a manufacturing fault will be replaced or refunded if it is returned to us within sixty days from delivery.

This is in addition to any statutory consumer rights prevailing at the time.

It's our aim to give all of our customer's quality products with quality service and you can be assured that by dealing with T King Associates you can expect the best of both.
